Background. Language development is one of the most important tasks education. Therefore, study those factors that affect it remains in demand. Though relationship between language and executive functions has been broadly studied recently, there no data on their a longitudinal perspective children aged 6 to 8 years. A comprehensive analysis great importance for transition from kindergarten primary school. Objective. The focuses how narrative ability develops preschool middle elementary school associated with level functions. Sample. material was obtained during three-year study. sample collected two sections: a) (n = 288, M 6.59 years, SD 4.11 months) b) second grade 210, 8.75 3.84 months). Methods. children's were assessed NEPSY-II diagnostic toolkit, as well DCCS method. children’s narratives method creating stories based series pictures. Results. 1) statistically significant increase micro- macrostructure found. 2) In kindergarten, girls demonstrate higher indicators both macro- microstructure than boys.
